PINEAPPLE BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 c. biscuit mix
1 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Pinch nutmeg

Mix or blend until smooth.

4 oz. diced ham
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or sharp Cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1 c. (8 oz.) crushed pineapple

Bake in 9 inch pie plate at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
