GOOD MORNING BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cubed ham
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
12 eggs or substitute Egg Beaters
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash pepper
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, mild or hot
1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Tomato slices & mushrooms (opt. as garnish)

Spread ham and bacon on the bottom of a greased 2 1/2 quart quiche pan or casserole. Beat together eggs, seasoned salt, pepper and chilies. Pour the egg mixture on top of the ham and bacon. Bake at 325 degrees until set, about 30 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the set eggs, place tomato or mushroom slices on top of cheese if desired. Place under broiler until the cheese is melted.
