T.V. BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
3 c. croutons
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. pork sausage (or ham or bacon)
8 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard

TOPPING:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. dried chives

Grease 9"x13" pan. Layer croutons, cheese and sausage. Beat eggs, paprika, milk and mustard. Pour over ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir topping ingredients together and spread over top of casserole. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until edges are brown.
