BRUNCH DISH CASSEROLE | |
8 slices bread, cut off crusts 8 slices boiled ham (or bacon crumbled, chicken or browned sausage) 8 slices Cheddar cheese 2 c. milk Salt & pepper Butter bread lightly and place in buttered 9 x 13 inch dish. Top with cheese and meat. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over bread, cheese and meat. Cover dish with foil; refrigerate overnight. Bake 45-60 minutes, uncovered at 350 degrees. |
