ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. pecans
1 c. raisins
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs

Beat together sugar, oil, then eggs, one at a time. Add other ingredients and blend well. Pour into a well greased long cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, or until done.
