ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. grated zucchini

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick of butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together in a bowl. Add 1 cup chopped nuts. Stir. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees 35 to 45 minutes. Beat together frosting ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
