BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan with butter. Unroll crescent rolls and press in the pizza pan to form the pizza crust.

Brown sausage, crumble, and drain. Sprinkle on top of crust. Spread the hash brown potatoes on top of sausage. Do not cook the potatoes, spread after thawing. Scramble eggs with milk and salt and pepper. Cover over pizza. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
