BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
Scant 1/3 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer
Optional - finely chopped hot fresh pepper to taste

Mix well. Place in a well greased loaf pan. Use 1 or 2 pans - if 1 pan is used bake for 55 minutes or longer and if 2 pans are used check doneness at 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees.
