CHICKEN WILD RICE SALAD 
1 c. wild rice
4 chicken bouillon cubes
4 c. water
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. green grapes
1 c. cashews

DRESSING:

2/3 c. mayonnaise
Dash lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. pimento

In a saucepan, cook rice, bouillon and water until water is absorbed. Place rice in bowl. Refrigerate until cool. Add onion and water chestnuts to rice. Then add chicken, grapes and cashews. Combine ingredients for dressing and mix well.
