CHICKEN WILD RICE SALAD 
1 c. wild rice
4 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 c. green grapes
1 c. cashews
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook rice, bouillon and water until water is absorbed. Let rice cool.

Chop onion, chicken, grapes and cashews; add to rice.

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper. Combine with rice mixture. Chill.
