SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach, washed, drained & torn into bite size pieces
1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 c. fresh bean sprouts, blanched
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. onion, minced

Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble. Toast sesame seed in a 300 degree oven for 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients. Just before serving, combine all dressing ingredients and pour over salad ingredients.
