BLUEBERRY JAM 
Blueberries
1/2 c. water
3/4-1 c. sugar

Place berries in heavy pan, stainless. Crush bottom layer and add water. Cook over moderate heat, simmering until tender. For each cup of blueberries add 3/4-1 cup heated sugar. Stir and cook over low heat until a teaspoonful dropped sets.
