VICKIE'S TEX - MEX DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chopped Rotel tomatoes

Brown round beef, sausage, and onion together. Drain grease and add soup, Rotel, and cheese; cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Pour into crock pot. Serve hot with chips.
