2 cans hominy, drained
4 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. Rotel tomatoes
Fritos
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup

Heat tomatoes, cheese and soup in saucepan. Place hominy in 9 inch cake pan. Pour cheese mixture over hominy. Top with Fritos. Bake in 350 degree oven about 25 minutes.
