FROSTY SALAD LOAF 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) dark sweet cherries (drained, cut in half)
1 (16 oz.) can apricots, drained and sliced
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. mini marshmallows
Few drops food coloring

Let cream cheese soften, then beat until fluffy. Stir in sour cream, sugar and salt. Add cherries, apricots, pineapple and marshmallows to cream cheese mixture. Add food coloring to tint a pale pink. Pour into 9x5x3 loaf pan. Freeze about 6 hours or overnight. To serve, let stand out a few minutes then remove from pan, slice.
