FROSTY PUMPKIN DELIGHT 
2 c. pumpkin, freshly cooked or canned
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened

Combine pumpkin, sugar and spices. Mix with ice cream. Mix well. Spread in pan and cover. Freeze, slice and serve. Can use graham cracker pie crust. Spoon in crust and freeze.
