CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
2 1/2 c. water
4 chicken breasts, halved (or equal amounts of dark meat)
2 cans of mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Paprika

Grease casserole or 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread rice and add water. Place chicken in rice; cover with mushroom soup, onion soup, parsley, and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Bake, uncovered. Serves 6.
