MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. macaroni, cooked
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, grated
3/4 c. pimento, diced
6 boiled eggs, diced
6 sliced ham, diced
5 slices cheese, diced
1/3 c. sweet relish
1 lg. apple, chopped
1 pt. mayonnaise
Black pepper and salt to taste

Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve on a bed of lettuce. This recipe may be halved for a family serving size. This salad keeps well for several days in the refrigerator. It goes well with many other dishes or is good eaten by itself.
