MACARONI SALAD 
4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. mild yellow cheese, cubed
1/4 diced dill or sweet pickle
2 tbsp. chopped celery (optional)
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. chopped, cooked pimento
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
Sm. amount chopped, cooked shrimp, tuna, or chicken (optional)
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
Mayonnaise to mix ingredients

Cook the macaroni until tender, but not mushy; rinse with cold water and drain. Prepare the other ingredients. Mix all together with a fork. Decorate on top with pieces of red pimento, pickle, and boiled egg.
