MACARONI SALAD 
4 c. macaroni noodles, cooked
1 dill pickle
1/2 jar pimentos
12 olives
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. mayonnaise or to taste
3 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/2 whole onion

Chop eggs, pimentos, olives, onion, pickle and relish. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper; stir. Add to cooked macaroni and mix well; refrigerate. Note: Garnish top with sliced hard boiled eggs and sprinkle with paprika.
