MACARONI SALAD 
5 c. cooked chilled macaroni
1 tbsp. onion
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. lemon juice
About 3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can Veg-All (or 1 pkg. cooked frozen mixed vegetables, drained)
3 chopped hard-boiled eggs
1 c. diced celery
1 can pimentos, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper

Combine all ingredients and toss lightly with fork until well blended. Serve in bowl lined with lettuce.

I like for it to set for awhile so ingredients are well blended.
