GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut (Angel Flake)
5 eggs
1 c. nuts
1/2 lb. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar. Add all eggs at one time. Add milk, coconut, nuts, baking powder and vanilla. Add cracker crumbs.

Bake two layers at 350°F for about 30 minutes.

Frosting:

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Drain pineapple. Mix juice with sugar. Add cornstarch and pineapple. Boil until thick.
