HAM LOAF | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground cured ham 3/4 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. milk 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple 3/4 lb. ground pork 2 slices white bread 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. brown sugar Have butcher grind ham, pork and beef together twice. Soak white bread in milk; add to meat, then the eggs. Make into 1 large or 2 small loaves. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Glaze with crushed pineapple mixed with brown sugar. Bake 45 minutes or until well done. |
