THREE LAYER CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 1/3 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix all together. Press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix, then add 1 (9 ounce) cup Cool Whip

THIRD LAYER:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Beat 2 minutes.

Top with Cool Whip and nuts (chopped). Use 8 or 9 ounce container of Cool Whip on top.
