3 sticks butter, melted
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix, press into 9"x13" pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden at 375 degrees. 1 c. powdered sugar 2 c. Cool Whip

Cream together; spread on cooled crust.

Mix 1 large box chocolate pudding according to directions. Spread on top of cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle top with nuts.
