POPPY SEED CAKE 
Soak 2-3 tbsp. poppy seeds in
1 c. hot water
1 yellow cake mix
1 tsp. almond extract
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Mix all ingredients and bake in Bundt pan at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Frost with a powdered sugar glaze.
