BARBECUE MEAT FOR SANDWICHES 
1 1/2 lb. cubed beef
1 1/2 lb. cubed pork or 3 lb. of either
1/2 c. sugar, scant
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. tomato soup
1 med. onion
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash celery salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix ingredients well. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Do not check or open lid. Remove meat and mash with potato masher or pull apart with 2 forks. Serve in pocket breads or buns.
