BARBECUE SANDWICHES 
4 lbs. beef chuck
4 lbs. pork
Salt
Pepper
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bottle barbecue sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1 can water
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook in Dutch oven for 4 to 5 hours, after browning all sides. Add water when needed and add 1 large onion and celery tops for flavor. Cook until very well done. Remove from pan. Pull apart with a fork to flake the meat. Put back into pan and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on toasted buns.
