BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. non-fat dry milk
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
Pinch white pepper
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese

Combine cottage cheese, lemon juice, milk, salt, horseradish and pepper in blender jar. Blend until smooth. Stir blue cheese into the cottage cheese mixture. Makes 1 3/4 cups - only 8 calories per tbsp.
