DIET BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Dash bottled hot pepper sauce

In small bowl, combine all ingredients, but only half the blue cheese. Beat until smooth. Stir in remaining cheese. Cover and chill. Makes 1 cup. 13 calories per tablespoon.
