CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 stick butter
2 eggs (don't separate)
2 sq. unsweetened Baker's chocolate
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, pecans (optional)

Melt butter and chocolate together slowly. Mix all ingredients together. Stir.

Cook shell about 5 minutes at 450 degrees before adding filling. Put filling in pie shell and cook at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Will make 8 individual pies.
