NUT - CAKE 
225 grams sugar (1 c.)
225 grams cooking chocolate (scant 8 oz.)
225 grams ground nuts (1 c.)
12 eggs (separate yolks & whites)
3 tbsp. flour (regular or potato flour)
3 tbsp. ground bread crumbs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. water

Pour the water into a pan. Fold in the sugar, chocolate and nuts and bring it all to boil. Let cool. (This step is very important.) After it is completely cold, add the flour, ground bread crumbs, baking powder and egg yolks. Once this ingredients are well blended, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.

Pour into a well greased cake tin and bake at 390 degrees for about an hour, or until ready. Let cake completely cool before cutting or adding the icing.
