CHINESE SALAD 
1 head Chinese cabbage, or Napa
1 bunch green onions
2-3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 box sesame seeds
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, discard seasoning

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Chop cabbage into bite size pieces. Slice green onions. Combine cabbage and onions. Next, mix butter, sesame seeds, almonds and Ramen noodles. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown, stirring often. For the dressing, combine ingredients and boil 1 minute.

Keep all three (cabbage mixture, Ramen noodle mixture, and dressing) separate in the refrigerator until ready to serve. To serve, toss together.
