CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
6-8 green onions
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodle soup mix (chicken flavor)
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 packets seasoning from soup mix

Mix cabbage and onions. Refrigerate. Crush noodles from soup mix. Combine with almonds and sesame seeds in separate container.

In a shaker jar, mix dressing ingredients. Shake well. Add dressing to salad ingredients just before serving. Toss well and serve. 10-12 servings.
