BROCCOLI CASSEROLE OR BROCCOLI
BAKE
 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced thin
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. Ritz crackers
1 tbsp. butter

Cook broccoli minimum time and drain. Set aside. Combine all other ingredients. Stir in broccoli. Put in 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Crumble Ritz crackers to make 3/4 cup. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and add to crumbs to moisten. Put on top of broccoli mixture. Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
