BAKED BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
Boil 3 boxes frozen broccoli spears until tender in amount of water directed on box plus 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon sugar. Grease casserole (9 x 9) and place broccoli in layers alternately with strips of Velveeta cheese. Pour white sauce over broccoli.

WHITE SAUCE:

1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 pt. sour cream (add milk if needed)

Stir over low heat until thickened.

Melt 1/2 stick butter and stir in 1 cup prepared cornflake crumbs. Top the casserole with the corn flake mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 6.
