CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
Brownie mix

FILLING:

1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. boiling water
4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
3 drops green food coloring

FROSTING:

1 c. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. butter

1. Bake brownies on 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

2. Mix all filling ingredients.

3. Spread over cooled brownies.

4. Melt butter and chips together for frosting.

5. Cool a bit and spread over green filling.

Decorate individual squares for a pretty dessert.
