CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
LAYER 1:
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can Hershey's syrup
1/2 tsp. baking powder

LAYER 2:
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. milk
Few drops of green food coloring
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. peppermint extract

LAYER 3:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips

LAYER 1: Combine ingredients together in a large bowl, blend well with mixer. Pour in a greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, refrigerate for 30 minutes.

LAYER 2: Mix all ingredients, spread on top of first layer, refrigerate for 30 minutes.

LAYER 3: Melt butter and chocolate chips. Spread over second layer and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
