CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
Cookie Layer:

4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. In a mixer, beat eggs and sugar until thick. Add nuts, flour and chocolate mixture. Stir until smooth. Pour in greased pan. Bake 25 minutes. Cool.

MINT CREAM FILLING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. heavy cream or evaporated milk
3 tbsp. soft butter
3/4 tsp. mint flavoring
Dash green food coloring

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. evaporated milk

Melt chocolate and butter in small pan. Mix in powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, salt and evaporated milk. Drizzle over mint topping.
