FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE | |
1 stick butter 3/4 c. sugar 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs, lg. 1 pie shell Whipped cream for garnish Cream butter. Add sugar and cream well. Blend in 2 squares of melted chocolate which has been cooled. Add 1 egg, blend on 2nd speed of mixer 5 minutes. Add second egg and blend 5 minutes. Turn into cooked, cooled pie shell. Chill 2 hours and serve with a dollop of whipped cream. |
