CHICKEN 'N STUFFIN' 
6 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut into pieces (about 1 qt. chicken pieces)

STUFFING:

6-8 c. stale bread cubes
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. skim milk

Cook onion in butter until softened. Add seasonings and liquid and pour over bread cubes, stirring to moisten slightly.

GRAVY:

4 c. defatted broth (salted as desired)
5 tbsp. flour, whipped into 1/2 c. skim milk
4 to 6 drops yellow food color (if desired)

Heat broth and stir in flour and milk mixture. Stir until slightly thickened and raw taste of flour is no longer evident. Add a few drops food color as desired.

To assemble: Place chicken pieces in bottom of Pam sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with stuffing mixture. Pour gravy over all. Bake about 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until stuffing is slightly brown on top.
