CHICKEN CRESCENTS 
1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1/3 c. croutons or seasoned bread dressing mix, crushed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c. minced, cooked chicken
3 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. chicken gravy mix

Combine cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter. Add chicken and mushrooms. Set aside. Separate dough into 8 triangles and spread about 1/4 cup of chicken mixture on top. Roll up, pinching sides to seal. Dip rolls in 3 tablespoons melted butter, then coat in crushed stuffing crumbs. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degree oven. Prepare gravy mix per directions. Pour over crescents and serve. Serves 8.

Note: This is good served with rice pilaf and fresh fruits.
