MOCK CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. uncooked rice
2 soup cans of water
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Cook onions until tender with meat, drain. Combine all ingredients, put into casserole dish. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.
