MOCK CHICKEN AND DRESSING
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. sage
1 can chicken noodle soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together lightly, adding salt and pepper to taste. Turn into buttered casserole and bake in 325 F. oven for 45 minutes.
