BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
3 eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (grated)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook and stir sausage until brown. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Pat dough in 12 inch pizza pan or on bottom and sides of ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inch. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and Cheddar cheese.
