SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag spinach, washed, dried, stems removed
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 hard boiled eggs, quartered lengthwise
1 - 2 pimentos, chopped coarse
6 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 crushed garlic
1 tbsp. bottled steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

For dressing, mix well in a jar oil, vinegar, garlic, steak or Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over salad just prior to serving. Toss.
