PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
CAKE:

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. milk
2 eggs

FROSTING:

2/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg white
16 oz. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

In large bowl mix shortening and peanut butter and milk.

Add flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix together 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased pans and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Be careful not to over bake.

Frosting: Mix all ingredients together adding milk 1 tablespoon at a time. Beat until fluffy. Frost cake.
