1 stick butter (1/2 c.), melted 1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips 1 (6 oz.) bag shredded coconut 13 x 9 inch GLASS baking pan Melt butter, pour into bottom of pan. Pour graham cracker crumbs on top - pour condensed milk on that - add chocolate chips, finish with coconut. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes or until coconut is browned. Cut before chips are completely cooled, but not when mixture is still hot. |
