MAGIC COOKIE BARS 
1 1/2 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter, melt in sheet cake pan

Stir the first 2 items into the melted butter and pat firmly into bottom of pan. Sprinkle the layers of 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (I prefer pecans), 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut. Pour 1 can Borden's sweetened condensed milk over cocoa-nut. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes (may be 20 minutes, watch closely as oven temperatures vary).
