BETSY'S SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 lb. mushrooms
1 can black olives
1 jar green olives
1 can cut green beans

MARINADE:

1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. Accent (opt.)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. each salt & pepper

Cut vegetables in small edible pieces. Marinate all in above marinade for 24 hours in refrigerator.
